Does it handle multi-level BOMs?
Yes. BOMs can include sub-assemblies with their own BOMs, and production plans create work orders for each level.
Can we track batches and serial numbers?
Yes. Raw materials and finished goods can be batch- or serial-tracked, with expiry dates where needed, for full traceability.
How is product cost calculated?
Planned cost comes from the BOM and routing. Actual cost comes from materials consumed, operation time and additional costs booked against each work order.
